Meet the Dragon Collection: Fantasy Meets Handcrafted Resin

There’s a new flagship line taking shape at ART Designs Studio, and it’s one born straight out of the workshop’s love for fantasy, craftsmanship, and a little bit of magic — welcome to the Dragon Collection. 🐉✨

Where It Started

Every piece in this collection started with resin, gold leaf, and a tiny metal dragon emblem that refused to just be “one coaster.” What began as a single custom order for a coaster set turned into a full-blown collection spanning coasters, crests, and dramatic wall plaques — because once you start pouring dragons into resin, it’s hard to stop.

What’s In the Collection

Right now the Dragon Collection includes hand-poured resin coasters and detailed wall plaques, each featuring a metal dragon emblem set against a rich, translucent color base:

🔵 Gilded Dragon — Navy & Gold

Octagonal coasters with a deep navy resin base, genuine gold leaf inlay, and a gold-toned metal dragon emblem at the center. Regal, moody, and a little bit mysterious.

🟢 Emerald Dragon — Green & Gold

A smaller, refined set featuring an emerald translucent base with the same gold leaf shimmer — perfect for anyone who wants the drama in a slightly more compact piece.

🔴 Scarlet Dragon — Red & Silver

Bold and fiery, this round coaster set trades gold for silver dragon detailing set against a rich scarlet base, finished with delicate pearl bead accents.

🏰 Dragon Crests & Wall Plaques

For those who want their dragon energy on display rather than under a drink, the collection also includes larger resin wall plaques — crests and emblem-style pieces designed to hang and command a room.

Why We Made It

Fantasy-inspired decor has always had a devoted following, but what made this collection special was realizing how well it fit our existing resin process — the same gold leaf, hand-poured technique used across ARTful Living, just given a bolder, more mythical edge. Every piece is still handmade in small batches, so no two are ever exactly alike.
