Return Policy

This Return Policy outlines the terms under which ART Designs, LLC accepts the return of products purchased via our website at artdesigns.studio. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we’re here to outline your rights regarding returns.

Return Period:

Customers have thirty (30) days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. If thirty (30) days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Return:

All items purchased from ART Designs, LLC may be returned, provided that they meet the following conditions:

  • In New, Unworn Condition: Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
  • In Original Packaging: All products must be returned in their original packaging with tags intact. This includes any accessories and accompanying items.

Items that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage do not qualify for returns. For hygiene reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return even if they meet the conditions above.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account on our website.
  2. Navigate to the “Orders” section to view a list of your orders.
  3. Select the correct item identified by its order number to access the “Order Details” page.
  4. Click the “Return Item” button for the eligible product.
  5. You will be redirected to the “Order’s Product Refund Request Form.”
  6. Fill out and submit the form.

After submission has been received, please allow 24 to 48 hours for our team to review and validate your request. You will then receive an email containing a return shipping label. Please repack the item securely in its original packaging, ensuring it’s protected during transit. Attach the shipping label to the outside of the box, making sure it’s clearly visible.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow a few days for the transaction to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Exchanges:

If you need to exchange an item for the same item or a different size, please follow the same procedure outlined above. Exchanges are subject to availability.
